The first question that the Queen asked Daniel Taub when he presented her with his credentials was how he felt serving the land of his birth as an ambassador.

He answered optimistically that he felt it was a privilege to raise his children in their historic homeland after being in exile for two millenniums. That was in 2011 when Mr. Taub was reporting for his Ambassador of the State of Israel duty in Britain.

In 2015, when Mr. Taub was leaving his post as the Israel Ambassador to Britain, most of his co-workers were sad that his tenure was over. Nevertheless, the records displayed that he has been one of the most well-known and thriving ambassadors since the late Shlomo Argov.

The diplomat was very active during his tenure. He was well-known in the local media circles, and he was also promoting his native country’s plight to his adopted country. During his tenure, Israeli-Britain ties were the strongest thanks to his strategic cooperation.

Ambassador Taub considered his main role as providing a link between the feelings and leadership of the Israeli people to the people in Britain. He has also tried to explain the turmoil in the Middle East, Gaza and all about ISIS.
